For many parents and teachers, an autism diagnosis feels like entering a labyrinth: overwhelming information, unclear next steps, and a deep need for guidance. The Mars Foundation was created to provide a clear path, expert support and practical tools for families and professionals navigating the world of autism. For over seven years, MorePeaks has supported the Foundation in reaching as many affected individuals as possible through strategic communication, brand building, digital development and fundraising.
The start of a beautiful partnership
The collaboration between the Mars Foundation and MorePeaks began over ten years ago, shortly after the organisation was established. From the outset, our shared goal was to support the Foundation in building a professional, transparent and sustainable communication and operational system for families, professionals and individuals affected by autism.
To ensure that strategy and communication reflect real-life needs, we took part in the foundation’s work: attending training sessions, observing presentations, and speaking directly with experts. This “fieldwork” approach became the foundation of the Mars Foundation’s authentic, human-centred communication style.
Social awareness and educational campaigns
Over the past decade we have worked together on multiple campaigns. One of the earliest was a symptom awareness campaign designed to help families recognise early signs of autism. We created both the print and digital communication tools for this project.

MorePeaks also designed and developed the foundation’s donation page, which now serves as a key entry point for both one-off and regular supporters. Across newsletters, social media content and print materials, we built a consistent, brand-aligned visual identity that strengthened the organisation’s professional credibility and recognisability.
Digital-first operations
Digital presence plays a central role in the Mars Foundation’s work. MorePeaks planned and designed the current website, which now hosts the organisation’s full service portfolio — training opportunities, a diagnostic centre finder, downloadable resources, blog articles, webshop and donation options.
We continue to support the foundation with ongoing website maintenance, updates and content support, ensuring that their digital presence remains clear, user-friendly and up to date.

Online presence and media visibility
Today, the Mars Foundation communicates across several platforms:
- Facebook: 6,547 followers
- Instagram: active educational and awareness content
- Website: a comprehensive information and service hub
Media and PR appearances
The foundation has been featured on several national and professional platforms, including HVG, 444.hu, Telex, regional and thematic outlets and international project sites. This media presence strengthens both visibility and credibility — key factors in building trust with supporters, families and professionals working with the autism community.

Ongoing projects & plans
Our current collaboration spans several years and includes a major international campaign, currently in development and a new, innovative regular donor recruitment system, now being tested. This project addresses one of the biggest challenges faced by nonprofits: building and sustaining a dependable base of recurring supporters. A separate case study on this will be published soon!
